A. Allan Small received his BA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.  Allan began his financial services career with Ann Arbor Annuity Exchange in 2000.  During his 6 year career with Ann Arbor he rose from a Marketer to an Executive Marketing Consultant.  He’s received several awards for top production and excellent customer service, including Marketer of the year for two consecutive years as well as seven marketer of the month awards.  He worked extensively on training new representatives, as well as supervising marketers.  Today as Chief Marketing Officer Allan divides his time between managing the company and working personally with agents, he is committed to their continued success by helping them achieve their business goals.
