Business Development Manager

Beth Moss began her career in the financial services industry as the new business coordinator of Ann Arbor Annuity Exchange in 2001.  During her 6 years with Ann Arbor she worked as a team with the marketers and specialized in providing outstanding customer service to agents, she has developed many unique and creative solutions to problems that may occur.  In the time frame with the company she moved up to the senior new business coordinator position, she trained and supervised new coordinators.  Beth has worked on developing long term relationships with home office representatives to insure the best service possible.  Today as the Business Development Coordinator, she works closely with the marketers developing processes and procedures to provide the best service possible in new business and contracting.  Beth works directly with agents before, during and after the new business and contracting processes to help them reach their goals and service their clients.  Beth attended Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI. she is also a licensed life, health and accident representative.
